obowiązki:
In this position, you will be responsible for the Poland site Small Projects Planning, Facilities Engineering day to day operations within the Poland facilities operations team. The role will be to partner with the Intel Integrated Facilities Management vendor to define efficient mode of operation and engineering sequence of operations to operate the buildings, energy conservation activities champion at the Gdansk site. The post will be based in Gdansk.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Facilities engineering for day to day operations.
- Construction project management and ensuring site compliance with Intel's project management standard operating procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring that Intel Poland complies with local/EU legislation.
- Managing the capital & expenses project/engineering budgets for Intel's Northern EU/Scandinavia sites.
- Use data to manage the output of Intel's vendors and provide updates to internal Intel management.
- Undertake project & engineering risk assessments and define risk mitigation techniques.
- Respond to internal customer requests proactively or events as they occur.
