EA (Executive Assessment) to test rekrutacyjny na studia menedżerskie stworzony przez GMAC. Pozycjonowany jest jako elastyczna, wymagająca mniejszego przygotowania (średnio ok. 30 godzin)  gotowości dla doświadczonych, zapracowanych profesjonalistów; akceptowany przez ponad 100 szkół i ponad 240 programów (EMBA, MBA w trybie niestacjonarnym, online, oraz wybrane studia magisterskie specjalistyczne). Kandydaci z ponad kilku letnim doświadczeniem (typowe oczekiwania EMBA) często wybierają EA, ponieważ test akcentuje gotowość menedżerską zamiast pogłębionej nauki akademickiej. Szkoły biznesu wskazują, że EA jest właściwy dla większości doświadczonych kandydatów.

W jakich językach można zdawać egzamin EA?
Egzamin EA można zdawać jedynie w języku angielskim.
 
Jak wygląda struktura egzaminu EA?
Egzamin EA obejmuje trzy sekcje;
(1) Integrated Reasoning (zintegrowane rozumienie)
(2) Verbal Reasoning (rozumowanie werbalne) 
(3) Quantitative Reasoning (rozumowanie ilościowe)
