We are looking for qualified Senior Java Developer for our project, which is part of our large strategic Lido Flight product. The main task is to support the team in the development of the MON (Flight Monitoring) domain in everyday tasks. The MON domain allows real-time flight tracking by the dispatcher who has access to weather, airport and aviation data displayed on the map. MON provides this data and additionally generates alerts that are crucial for the dispatcher's response. Automation provided allows dispatchers to focus on exceptional cases that require human decision. The information generated by MON domain is needed for monitoring the flight, which is crucial for the safe execution of air operation.

Who are you?
  • 5 years of experience as a Java Developer,
  • Experience with Java 8+, Spring and Angular,
  • Experience in Linux and scripting skills (Bash),
  • Experience in writing unit tests,
  • Familiar with Docker,
  • Practical knowledge of design patterns and good practices of coding,
  • Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing (B2),
  • Responsibility and good communication skills,
  • Readiness to learn and creativity,
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
What do we welcome?
  • Familiar with UNIX/Linux, MongoDB, Ansible,
  • Working knowledge of CI systems like Jenkins,
  • Knowledge of building RESTful services,
  • Familiar with JMS, ActiveMQ,
  • Experience working in Scrum,
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar issue tracking tools
