The NOVA Foundation is looking for an International Projects and Educational Initiatives Assistant to join its team in Gdańsk (approximately 20 hours/week). This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic international environment focused on innovative educational projects.
The NOVA Foundation is an organization with 15 years of experience in implementing national and international educational projects. We are a member of the Europass Teacher Academy network, an accredited organization in the Erasmus+ Program, and hold the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. We also run EduNOVA, a private teacher training center accredited by the Pomeranian Board of Education.

We also invite individuals running their own businesses to collaborate. Our flexibility allows us to tailor cooperation terms to your needs and commitments.

We welcome students or young people for internships or volunteer opportunities. This is an ideal chance to gain practical experience in managing international projects and developing skills in a dynamic environment.

The NOVA Foundation is an organization with 15 years of experience in implementing national and international educational projects. Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with international partners (email, online meetings, study visits)
- Co-creating educational project concepts and writing applications (Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, other funds)
- Implementing international projects:
- Collaborating with experts and trainers
- Evaluating project activities
- Conducting workshops and training sessions
- Developing educational materials
- Designing and implementing educational programs
- Coordinating project teams
- Managing budgets and reporting
- Coordinating local activities related to visits by foreign groups (logistics organization, cultural programs, language support)
- Communicating with potential international volunteers (recruitment, selection, support)
- Organizing international volunteer opportunities for Polish youth (recruitment, training, mentoring)
- Planning international training sessions and courses for teachers and NGO staff (from start to finish)
- Organizing foreign internships, courses, study visits, and other educational events (logistics, program planning, evaluation)
- Conducting integration and intercultural training sessions (preparing materials and delivering sessions)
- Proficiency in English at a communicative level (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a team
- Organizational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs
- Experience working on international educational projects
- Experience in writing project applications
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages
- Ability to work with international partners
- Experience conducting training or workshops
- Student status
- Flexible working hours tailored to assigned tasks (approximately 20 hours/week)

- Primarily on-site work in a modern office in the center of Gdańsk within the inspiring Solidarność Codziennie space
