The Atrium Analyst has an eye for identifying problems end users are struggling with, combined with ability to envisage the solution and build the most suitable features to support Service Management by developing, enhancing, and maintaining Atrium, TR’s Microsoft SharePoint solution. The ideal candidate has technical experience working with various technology stacks not just SharePoint expertise.

About the Role
In this opportunity as an Atrium Analyst, you will: 

• Work closely with Service Management Teams and Leadership so that the Atrium (Sharepoint) sites stays relevant and update to date with pertinent information related to our function
• Support the Service Management (SM) teams by maintaining, and enhancing SharePoint
• Design, configure and deploy business solutions and communications on the SharePoint platform
• Partake in reviews for related projects and provide oversight ensuring compliance with TR practices while maintaining overall architecture and structure of Service Management Atrium site
• Leverage capabilities of SharePoint - implementing solutions to manage content, streamline workflows, and improve communication
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with SharePoint sites and applications working closely with end-users and provide training to end-users to ensure they can use the solutions developed effectively
• Proficient with Yammer and use with Teams and other social means.

About You
You’re a fit for the role of Atrium Analyst if you have:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Microsoft SharePoint Developer, Front or backend developer
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks not limited to JavaScript, .NET, C#, CSS, and HTML
• SharePoint Platform management skills – technical front and backend, deployment skills that facilitate management of farms, utility integration and other more technical platform management functions
• Ability to Test and debug – familiarity with incremental testing, unit testing, sanity checks, bug root cause, etc
• Business analysis responsibilities as they relate to any solution and more specifically SharePoint such as requirements definition, development and execution of test plans and cases, user training, etc
• Understanding of Service Management or Technology workflows
• Entrepreneurial approach, innovative, passionate, self-starter
• Ability to make independent decisions and out of the box thinking
• Certifications with any versions of SharePoint would be an asset
