How you will get the job done
- managing the team's budget efficiently
- identifying and solving problems that hinder team performance
- ensuring work produced by the team meets quality standards
- regularly reviewing team output and implementing quality control measures
- managing changes within the team or organization effectively, including changes to processes, systems, or personnel
- ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies
- reporting the team's progress and challenges regularly
- facilitating communication between the team and other departments
Skills and experience you will need
- advanced English and German language skills (min. B2)
- university degree
- 5+ years of experience in Shared Services Center (SSC) / Shared Business Services (SBO)
- experience in team management
- intermediate knowledge of the MS Office package
- strong collaboration and communication skills
- experience in project management with many stakeholders
