In this role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing, guiding, and managing team members. How you will get the job done

• managing the team's budget efficiently
• identifying and solving problems that hinder team performance
• ensuring work produced by the team meets quality standards
• regularly reviewing team output and implementing quality control measures
• managing changes within the team or organization effectively, including changes to processes, systems, or personnel
• ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies
• reporting the team's progress and challenges regularly
• facilitating communication between the team and other departments

Skills and experience you will need

• advanced English and German language skills (min. B2)
• university degree
• 5+ years of experience in Shared Services Center (SSC) / Shared Business Services (SBO)
• experience in team management
• intermediate knowledge of the MS Office package
• strong collaboration and communication skills
• experience in project management with many stakeholders

Nice to have

• experience in process improvement
