How you will get the job done

• processing supplementary dental insurance claims in line with internal guidelines
• consulting experts and escalating complex cases when required
• communicating with customers, providers and internal stakeholders
• processing payments and related claim costs using designated systems
• applying benefit management measures and supporting cost-reduction actions

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English (B1) and German (C1)
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• experience in customer service, claims handling, order management
• openness, reliability and responsibility
• strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills
• analytical thinking and negotiation skills
• clear and effective presentation skills
• independence and flexibility

  66), Criminal record check and National Debt Register check - employment in this role will only be possible once it has been confirmed that the Candidate meets the requirement of having no criminal record; the Candidate will therefore be required to provide a copy of a current information from the National Criminal Register. If the above conditions are not met, ET&S will not establish an employment contract with the candidate. Additionally, in connection with recruitment for the current position, ET&S will verify, following the signing of the employment contract, whether the employee is listed in the National Debt Register as a person referred to in Article 2(1)(4) of the Act on the National Debt Register, pursuant to the Labour Code.
