Collections Specialist with German

How you will get the job done

• implementing agent collections and receivables management (complete collections processing for brokers)
• checking and recording agent statements
• monitoring timely settlement transactions
• adjusting billing/booking differences (premium and commission differences) with partners/brokers and specialist departments and sales
• allocating cash receipts declared using agent statements to outstanding accessory claims
• supporting sales and operations
• preparing individual statements as well as individual correspondence
• answering telephone inquiries from internal and external partners/brokers (in German)

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in both German and English (B2/C1)
• university degree
• professional experience in payment transactions with an accounting focus
• independency and responsibility in dealing with billing partners/brokers
• ability to record, evaluate and reorganise complex professional and technical processes
• knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

Nice to have

• ability to organise and guide teams
• willingness to travel on business
