Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities
The Port Operations department is responsible for the end-to-end process from pre-vessel arrival to post-vessel departure actions. Our Teams operate on Terminals in numerous countries in Europe having an opportunity to daily cooperate with various cultures and nationalities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely and accurate data processing
- Administration of data and invoices
- Monitoring and updating of external and internal systems
- Effective communication with relevant parties to successfully complete tasks
- Supporting team in daily operations
- A Graduate or Student of a final year of transport and logistics or related studies
- Advanced English knowledge, written and spoken
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
- Open mindedness, eagerness to learn
- Effective communication skills
- Accuracy and orientation to detail
- Civil contract for 6-8 months
- Great work atmosphere with a young, friendly, and supportive team
- Challenges of daily work in a shipping industry
