Wymagania:
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of management accounting.
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems and advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company (shipbuilding, automotive, or similar project-production industry preferred)
- Decision Support: Providing Management with reliable data and recommendations regarding investments, sales prices, and optimization of production processes.

For our Client, internationa company from yacht industry, we are looking for Financial Controller (F/M) who will join the operations in Gdynia.
You will be responsible for supervision and financial control over the company's production and operational processes, with particular emphasis on project costs (yachts), profitability, and efficiency of resource utilization, in order to support strategic management and achievement of established business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting and Cost Control: Development of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets, monitoring their execution and variance analysis, especially in the context of material and labor costs in vessel construction.
Calculation and Profitability Analysis: Detailed calculation of production costs of products (yachts and their components) and analysis of their margins and project profitability.
Management Reporting: Preparation of regular, comprehensive financial and operational reports, including KPI analyses (e.g., OEE, production indicators, inventory turnover of specialized materials).
Inventory and Valuation: Supervision of proper valuation and control of specialized inventory (laminates, hardware, engines, masts) in accordance with accounting standards.
Cash flow forecasting (monthly/yearly).
Decision Support: Providing Management with reliable data and recommendations regarding investments, sales prices, and optimization of production processes.
