Responsibilities
Qualifications
- you will support the team in system development and maintenance of our fleet management software
- through system analysis, you will evaluate our processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize the performance of our purchasing process
- together with your colleagues, you will conduct trainings and create concepts and documentation
- after a comprehensive introduction, you will also be responsible for supporting the SAP interface
- in addition, you will support our purchasers in operational and scheduling tasks
- paid internship (contract of mandate)

- you start with us as soon as possible and work approx. 20 hours per week
- during the semester break you can increase your hours up to 40 hours
- we are currently planning your assignment for 4 months and will, of course, also take your course of studies into account
Qualifications
- you are currently completing a full-time degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering or a related field
- ideally, you have some practical experience in business administration or in procurement and supply chain management
- the ability to work independently and flexible is nothing new to you
- you are willing to learn and become proficient in programs such as SAP
- familiarity with MS Office tools (especially excel and PowerPoint) is necessary
- you communicate very well in English (written and spoken)
