Our new Client is a Scandinavian production company located near Gdynia. We are currently looking for a HR and Communication Manager to lead the team and develop the company.

Your responsibilities
  • Transform corporate HR strategy by developing goals and local action plans in order to reach the overall strategy and goals for HR,
  • HR support by developing and implement HR policies and advising managers,
  • Manage competence and resource planning locally,
  • Legal awareness and sound relations with unions and employees,
  • Manage recruitment processes,
  • Manage starting and leaving process,
  • Manage remuneration process (rewards, grading and salary mapping, salary review),
  • Contribute to a healthy workplace and employees by managing Health services, wellness and benefits,
  • Manage internal communication (internal recruitment, employee handbook, local news and articles),
  • Strengthen an employer brand by contacting schools, network, social media and newspapers, job fairs,
  • Secure correct employee data (developing and maintain HR systems, monthly statistic to global HR),
  • Develop and monitor own budget.

Employer requirements
  • Higher education, ideally graduated from Psychology, Social Science, HR,
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing HR area in the production company,
  • Experience in managing teams,
  • Experience with engineering/construction industry,
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1),
  • Practical knowledge of labour law and the social insurance system,
  • Practical knowledge of the principles of recording and settling working time,
  • Very good organization of work, independence and proactivity,
  • Conscientiousness,
  • Strong focus on building a HR strategy and goals orientation.
