Purpose:

To empower and engage in the execution of HR administrative activities (Data Management, Reporting, Data Quality), ensuring alignment with Dynamic Shared Ownership principles and fostering a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

Execute HR transactions in internal employee systems with a focus on autonomy and accountability
Process partner for Hiring Managers, HR business Partner, TA and employees
Execute hiring and onboarding activities (i.e. systems management, contracts, medical checks) with close cooperation with Talent Acquisition team
Engage with workflow systems to support team efficiency and resolve issues
Collaborate with external stakeholders (i.e. relocation companies)
Proactively monitor and address process exceptions, bottle necks/road blocks, seeking opportunities for improvement
Embrace flexibility to adapt to evolving process requirements

Who Your Are:

Proficient in relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP / Workday) and digital tools that support agile and responsive HR practices
2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist role/HR Admin
Basic knowledge of polish labour law
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office suite applications
Proficiency in English (B2), with effective communication skills for diverse interactions
Openness to continuous learning and skill development in line with Dynamic Shared Ownership values
