Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Responsibilities of the position:
  • coordinating orders
  • taking orders, by phone
  • updating inventory, on customer accounts 
  • entering data into specialized systems such as SAP/Salesforce
  • making orders in accordance with the guidelines,
  • obtained from the customer 
  • making changes to orders (if required) 
  • verifying the accuracy of orders
  • coordinating the entire supply chain process 
  • processing documentation in SAP system

Expectations for candidates:
  • minimum one year experience, in order processing, customer service or related work
  • knowledge of SAP/Salesforce
  • English and Czech at a level no lower than b2 (preferably C1)
  • Ability to communicate freely in the above languages 
  • A degree in a field of specialization (welcome)
  • Problem-solving attitude
