Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

- coordinating orders
- taking orders, by phone
- updating inventory, on customer accounts
- entering data into specialized systems such as SAP/Salesforce
- making orders in accordance with the guidelines,
- obtained from the customer
- making changes to orders (if required)
- verifying the accuracy of orders
- coordinating the entire supply chain process
- processing documentation in SAP system
Expectations for candidates:
- minimum one year experience, in order processing, customer service or related work
- knowledge of SAP/Salesforce
- English and Czech at a level no lower than b2 (preferably C1)
- Ability to communicate freely in the above languages
- A degree in a field of specialization (welcome)
- Problem-solving attitude
