Internship in Ocean Department

Our requirements

• Detail-oriented student of Logistics, Transport or a similar field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Polish language mandatory
• Excellent command of English language
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Openness for international environment of work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel mainly)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Some knowledge of ocean freight conditions

Your responsibilities

• Learn all IT tools connected to the Ocean files handling
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational files, records, and documentation and archiving.
• Support with checking of documentation and requirements form CSO (Customer Service Ocean)
• Help milestones updating
• Assist with handovers of tasks to GBS (Global Businesses Support)
• Support with contacts with sup-contractors (carriers, co-loaders, intermodal companies)
• Updating of data in systems
• Checking and archiving transport documentation
• Completing tasks assigned by their supervisor
• Attending meetings, take minutes
