A role has arisen that will offer excellent opportunities to the right candidate. We support a global group of companies and a fleet of vessels that operate worldwide.
Our support covers all areas of IT, and this position will allow the right candidate to obtain a broad working knowledge in all areas of IT and allow them to specialise in areas of their chosen interest.
Some areas of support but not limited to are:

Azure (all services)
Microsoft 365 (all services)
Physical networking infrastructure
Firewalls, VLANS, etc
Cyber Security for vessels and offices
Vessel Communications
Various application support
Currently in the early stage of introducing AI

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

Provide technical support as required
Working within a helpdesk system
Consistently provide excellent customer service

Key knowledge requirements:

MS 365 products
MS Windows 11
Microsoft Server (Hosted, Physical)
Microsoft Azure environment
Laptops, Apple devices and android devices
Physical and hosted networking
Training will be provided where required however a general understanding of the above requirements is required.

Wymagania:

The role requires a dynamic and proactive person who can work well within the IT Team and provide support to users and a fleet of vessels within a global operation covering multiple time zones.
You will be based in offices in Gdynia however the position is hybrid allowing you to work from home. The position will require you to travel overseas so you must be able to travel and have a full passport.
You must be able to work unaided and be able to demonstrate that you can work alone however support and training from the IT Team will always be available when required.
You should have a good knowledge of Office 365 products, a basic understanding of Microsoft Azure and physical network infrastructure.
Other relevant experience such as communications, networking, windows servers, Hyper V, virtual desktops, active directory, would be very useful.
You must have:

Polish and English language fluency
Be able to work well in a team
Patience to be able to deal with users who vary in their understanding of IT.
Good communication skills to feel comfortable when collaborating with colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to quickly learn new processes and applications
Very good analytical and critical thinking skills that will enable you to look for alternative solutions when facing problems e.g. system errors
Aptitude for working in a global environment covering multiple time zones.

Dane osobowe będą przechowywane do czasu cofnięcia zgody kandydata na przetwarzanie jego danych w tych celach, ale w przypadku rekrutacji nie dłużej niż 2 lata.
