About the Job

In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:

providing user support primarily for Client Hardware, Retail Software, Windows Operating System and Office environment to complete workflow tasks, incidents and request in a cost-efficient manner
striving for a high 1st level support solution rate to gain high level of user satisfaction
informing proactively IT users about the status of their request and if necessary cooperating with other teams involved according to the urgency of the request
capturing and updating requests in the corresponding ticketing system (change order, incident or requests)
documenting problem solutions and continuous maintenance of internal knowledge database

About you

A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

basic IT knowledge and first working experience
customer service and solution deliver orientation
friendly and professional communication towards customer
willingness to learn and develop within IT sector
fluency in English and German (at least B2 level)
