Hey, we are Widelab Product Design Studio! We support global start-ups and corporations by providing them with Product Design, Brand Design, Development, and No-code Development. We are currently looking for a Junior Office and Event Specialist to join our Team.
In this role, you will support our Office & Event Team, taking charge of various administrative tasks, HR support, and event organization. You'll work in a hybrid model (we have an office in a really cool co-working space in Gdańsk Olivia Business Center) - with flexible hours, because life isn't only about work :)

We are currently looking for a Junior Office and Event Specialist to join our Team.
In this role, you will support our Office & Event Team, taking charge of various administrative tasks, HR support, and event organization. You'll work in a hybrid model (we have an office in a really cool co-working space in Gdańsk Olivia Business Center) - with flexible hours, because life isn't only about work :)

What do we expect from you?

- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication with international colleagues and clients.
- Administrative support:
- Preparing summary sheets and reports.
- Monitoring revenues and sending payment reminders.
- Archiving documents and managing company correspondence.
- Handling office supplies and organizing visits to post offices or shipping points.
- Preparing and tracking packages for clients.
- Conducting research and providing administrative support for basic accounting and legal issues.
- Monitoring competitors’ activities and preparing simple analyses.
- Assisting in organizing social media activities.
- HR support:
- Tracking employee leave and sick days.
- Assisting in creating surveys and monitoring results.
- Helping manage employee benefits (e.g., Multisport, Luxmed) and preparing summaries for accounting.
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks.
- Event organization and logistics support:
- Assisting in organizing company events (e.g., meetings, conferences, team-building trips) – including gathering quotes from suppliers.
- Supporting purchases (both online and in-person).
- Part-time (1/2) employment based on B2B/mandate/for specific work contract.
- Apple MacBook + hardware replacement every three years, so you can work comfortably.
- A development budget for courses, books, conferences, mentoring, etc., so you can be the best version of yourself.
- A perk budget to use as you wish (training, additional days off, physiotherapist, comfortable desk, etc.)
- Meetings with experts on design, well-being, self-presentation, time management, and more.
