Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities on the position:
- coordinating the Order to Bill process (for international clients, in Czech/Slovak).
- contact with business customers (mainly by phone) answering phone calls in Slovak/Czech
- contact with suppliers in English/Polish
- entering orders into specialized system, updating orders
- working in SAP/Salesforce system
- contacting suppliers (setting prices, arranging delivery dates, etc.)
- coordinating client's stock levels
- taking care of the proper circulation of
- information/documents, in the client-company relationship
Expectations for future candidates:
- we require professional experience (customer service, order processing, accounting) - about six months
- English: the minimum level required is B2
- Slovak language: the minimum level required is/C1
- freedom in telephone communication with business customers
- knowledge of SAP/Salesforce (welcome)
- resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
- education in the field or industry courses, will be an
- added advantage for the candidate
- problem-solving attitude
