WE ARE LOOKING FOR JUNIOR PROJECT CONTROLLER
Job Description
We are now looking for Junior Project Controller to support our Blades and Manpower department.
You will be referring to the Division Controlling Manager (Main Services).
You will have regular contact in your daily work with Team Leader of Project Controllers and other colleagues.
You will be employed on full-time basis at our office in Gdańsk (Tryton Business House).
As our new Junior Project Controller you will be supporting in monitoring and controlling project financial, process review and regulate the progress and performance of a project and initiate the corresponding changes, to identify variances from the project management.

As our new Junior Project Controller you will be supporting in monitoring and controlling project financial, process review and regulate the progress and performance of a project and initiate the corresponding changes, to identify variances from the project management.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing of invoices and cost related to Project (checking their correctness)
- Prepare data to analyze and report cost and work in progress against each project and budget
- Taking part in reporting project performance and participate in relevant project meetings to ensure financial control of the project as well as prepare financial monthly project reports
- Invoicing to client according to PO, and claims approved by client
- Support monitoring of the project progress and performance
- Monitoring of the hours spent on the project
- Assist the project management team to evaluate project performance
- Close cooperation with other departments to ensure and secure project
- Use company tools to processing documentation
- Communicative level of English (B2)
- Open and dedicated team player
- Financial background (nice to have)
- Good knowledge of excel
- Excellent time management and attention to details
