Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Acquiring New Customers:
- Actively seeking and identifying potential customers.
- Initiating contact with new customers through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face meetings).
- Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:
- Regularly engaging with existing customers to sustain and develop long-term relationships.
- Responding promptly and effectively to customer needs and inquiries.
- Product/Service Presentation:
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations of products/services to customers.
- Advising and assisting customers in selecting the right products/services to meet their needs.
- Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meeting established sales targets and reporting results to supervisors.
- Monitoring the market and competitors to identify sales opportunities.
- Negotiating and Closing Deals:
- Leading negotiations on sales terms and conditions.
- Preparing sales proposals and finalizing agreements with customers.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- English & German fluent
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- “To do” attitude
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- The role may require frequent travel to meet with customers.
- Work may be performed in an office.
- Practical use of foreign languages by working in an international environment,

- Contract of mandate for 3 months, after that Employment Contract
