Responsibilities:
FERCHAU was founded more than fifty years ago in Germany. Today, with 100 locations across Europe, we are committed to first-class technical services in engineering and IT. We support companies in all engineering sectors: Information Technology, Civil, Self-Propelled and Industrial Engineering, Marine Engineering, Aerospace.
- Conducting the recruitment process for positions mainly in the IT and engineering sector
- Searching, recruiting and selecting candidates based on job profiles through various outreach methods (advertisements, headhunting, referrals, online forums and groups, networking, etc.)
- Providing a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
- Successful and qualitative building of the candidate base
- Working closely with the people responsible among other things on defining position requirements and the course of the recruitment process
- Negotiating terms and conditions of employment for candidates in consultation with supervisor.
- Proactively proposing improvements to optimize the work of the team
- Employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Experience in recruiting for IT and/or technical engineering positions
- Graduate with bachelor’s/master’s degree or equally
- Knowledge of channels and methods of reaching out directly to candidates
- Fluent communication in English (B2/C1)
- High personal culture and professionalism in communication and relations with both clients and colleagues in the company
- Team-oriented attitude
- Very good ability to organize your work and manage time
- Experience in working with CRM system
- Knowledge of German language
- Long-term and stable cooperation
- B2B contract (6750-9000 PLN net/month)
