thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide. We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate Management (RE). We are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.

We are happy to hire and develop candidates with no or very basic experience in the recruitment area.

All we need is:
  • very strong English skills - ideally Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Philology/Linguistics
  • excellent communicator and creative thinker
  • critical thinking and analysis to choose the right people
  • interest in working with social media tools
  • full of energy and with a positive attitude
  • thirst for learning - there are great growth opportunities in this role!
You will:
  • support the entire recruitment process of talents for our company
  • provide everyday translations and language quality activities
  • identify and build talent pools by sourcing candidates using job boards, internal database, referrals
  • proactively conduct searches with the usage of the Internet and social media channels
  • support end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including posting jobs, screening resumes and interviews organization
  • track candidate progress in our internal system
