Your profile:
  • Analytical thinking, orientation to detail;
  • Organizational skills, flexibility, openness to changes;
  • Basic IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, general IT understanding);
  • Very good knowledge of English in speaking and writing;
  • Ability to work under time pressure;
  • Ability to work extra hours when required;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Readiness for business trips.

Why do we need you?

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining logistic database for customer configurations;
  • Processing revision and customer orders;
  • Ensuring quality of all orders and deliveries;
  • Coordinating and tracking the print and delivery processes;
  • Cooperating with customer service managers, staff at print office and other third parties to ensure the execution of corrective actions;
  • Performing other tasks assigned by superior.
