Your tasks and responsibilities:
 
  • Onboarding and continuous support for Training Academy participants
  • Conduction / adaptation of kick-off and check-in / closing meetings with learning cohorts (virtual)
  • Upskill needs review and content consulting (review of and consultation on upskilling content, based on identified skill gaps)
  • Training offering consulting, selection of training offerings as part of Training  Academy
  • Activity Monitoring / progress tracking & learner motivation, check-in / learning trigger
  • Bayer FSA Certificate handover
  • Complaints management and handling of additional demand of trainings ect.
  • Collaboration with content curator on continuous improvement / optimization of upskill journeys

Who You Are:
 
  • Completed education.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in HR administration or in a HR Shared Services Environment.
  • Distinct service and customer orientation
  • A structured approach, ability to set priorities and to professionally handle customer inquiries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the German language (fluent in spoken and written) minimum B2+/C1
  • Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) minimum B2.
  • Ability to work in a highly motivated team
  • Good knowledge of MS office package and willingness to develop digital skills (Power BI, Power Automate, AI).
  • Outcome-oriented work attitude

Nice to have:
 
  • Experiences with SAP SuccessFactors MyLearning and experience in Learning & Training area.
