- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: More than 2 years in mechanical design, including preparation of complete production documentation (2D drawings, BOM).
- Proficiency in CAD 2D/3D (AutoCAD, Inventor) and experience working with PDM systems (Vault).
- Valid and active category B driving license (required for occasional business trips and visits to production facilities.
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of software for performing strength calculations (Nauticus Hull - 3D Beam, Ansys).
- Knowledge and interpretation of marine classification regulations (DNV, ISO, CSC) and other relevant standards. Prior industry or product-specific experience is not mandatory.
Desired Skills:
- Polish – fluent (spoken and written) – required for day-to-day operational communication with the local team and sub-contractors.
- English – communicative (spoken and written) – used for technical documentation and meetings with international clients.
- Ability to communicate in a straightforward, technical style, focusing on facts, solutions, and effective decision-making.
- Experience working closely with production and assembly teams, engaging in regular technical discussions.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong task prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical design, 3D modeling, and supporting strength calculations (FEM) for mobile container systems for onshore, offshore, military solutions, and handling equipment.
- Preparation of technical specifications, bills of materials (BOM), production drawings, procedures, instructions, and technical documentation.
- Development of technical solutions for bids in collaboration with the project team.
- Component selection and verification of technical documentation.
- Cooperation with vendors, sub-suppliers, customers, and third-party representatives.
- Product development and design improvements in coordination with engineering and production teams.

- Hybrid model (working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Mon-Thu on-site, remote on Fridays)
