For our BPO/SSC Client we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their career in international structures.

- controlling the chain of orders (from the moment of order acceptance to its execution)
- Constant contact with the company's business customers (in Portuguese)
- Coordinating inventory levels
- Making changes to customer accounts
- Making changes to orders (if required)
- Contacting suppliers/contractors
- Working in SAP
- Ensuring that orders are delivered on time (performance checks)
- participating in price negotiations
- preparing offers for business customers
- price negotiations
- ensuring proper information flow within the company
- taking business notes and minor translations
- documentation and data processing in SAP system
Requirements:
- English: B2
- Portuguese: c1
- Important: knowledge of both foreign languages required
ability to work in SAP system - professional experience (administration, customer service, order processing)
- ability to communicate freely by phone, e-mail, teams
- ability to build positive and professional business
- relations with the company's customers
- directional education, directional courses - will be an additional advantage for the candidate
