Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their career in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:
- coordinating the order chain (from the moment of receiving the order, until its execution)
- answering phone calls from customers (in Slovak)
- entering orders into the system, making updates on customer accounts
- contacting suppliers (setting prices, arranging delivery dates, etc.)
- coordinating inventory levels
- working in SAP specialized system
- taking care of the proper circulation of information, in the
- customer-company relationship
- making business notes, of the activities performed
- performing minor translations
- processing of documentation and data in SAP system
Expectations for candidates:
- professional experience, in the industry: order management, customer service, etc.
- English and Slovak language: the minimum level required, both languages are B2/C1
- Freedom in telephone communication, in Slovak and English
- knowledge of SAP/Salesforce - will be an added
- advantage for the candidate
- education in the field or industry courses, will be an
- added advantage to the candidate
- problem-solving attitude
What the client offers:
- work from Monday to Friday (weekends free)
- work during standard office hours (8:00 or 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 or 5:00 p.m.)
- stable and long-term employment, in a company of
- international importance, based on an employment contract
- start of work August/September
