For our client from BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their career in international structures.
Responsibilities of future employee:

business customer service (taking orders)
entering orders into system
making changes in orders
constant contact with suppliers
preparing offers
coordinating inventory levels
updating data in customer accounts
Working in SAP/Salesforce
Making orders in accordance with the guidelines provided by the customer
Ensuring that the ordering process runs smoothly
Keeping customers informed of any delays
Taking notes and reports for customer needs
documentation and data processing in SAP system

Requirements:

professional experience related to order processing, customer service, order processing - minimum 6 months
English - level b2 required
Portuguese - level c1 required
Experience in working with SAP/Salesforce system
communication skills on the phone and through team applications
education, directional courses - will be an additional advantage for the candidate
