How you will get the job done
  • handling and coordinating an end-to-end processing of monthly and yearly payroll processes for Polish employees
  • updating and maintaining payroll records (Joiners/Leavers/Changes) and payroll master data (system: Xpertis by Asseco)
  • processing payroll related allowances and deductions
  • performing month closing
  • cooperating with various authorities, institutions (ZUS, tax office, GUS) and service providers
  • creating internal reports
  • close cooperating with an HR Administration and Accounting areas and other business units

Skills and experience you will need
  • fluency in Polish and very good English (B2)
  • min. 3 years of experience in payroll
  • excellent knowledge of payroll legislations and processes
  • knowledge of Polish labour law
  • experience with Płatnik
  • ability to analyze large sets of payroll data, prepare reports, summaries and analyses for internal and audit purposes
  • creativity in automating and optimizing payroll processes, including the implementation of new tools and improvements in the payroll area
