Your responsibilities

Checking the validity of certificates, booking training, travel and accommodation
Administrative tasks - working with internal and external documents: certificates, gap matrixes agreements, work permissions etc. according to customer requirements and local legal requirements.
Ensuring that travel and accommodation are within the allocated budget.
Maintaining contact with external companies: training centres, car rental companies, medical centres etc.
Monitoring of the hours spent on the project
Processing of invoices and cost related to Project (checking their correctness)
Monitoring of the project progress and performance
Assist the project manager to evaluate project performance
Close cooperation with other departments to ensure and secure project
Reporting to: Project Manager

Our requirements

Available for full time office work from our office in Gdańsk (Tryton Business House, ul. Jana z Kolna 11)
Ability to work in rapidly changing environment.
English at intermediate level (writing & speaking).
Open and dedicated team player
Developed communication and analytical skills.
Advanced troubleshooting and organizing skills.
