Job Function:
The Project Coordinator plays an important role in departmental organization and administrative support.
Responsibilities include assisting Project Managers, coordinating training, travel, and accommodation, and managing documents in line with GDPR.
The role also supporting cost management by optimizing budgets and tracking expenses. Success depends on collaboration, clear communication, and a focus on cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, and alignment with MWS values.

Your responsibilities
  • Checking the validity of certificates, booking training, travel and accommodation
  • Administrative tasks - working with internal and external documents: certificates, gap matrixes agreements, work permissions etc. according to customer requirements and local legal requirements.
  • Ensuring that travel and accommodation are within the allocated budget.
  • Maintaining contact with external companies: training centres, car rental companies, medical centres etc.
  • Reporting to Team Leader of Project Coordinators
