Wymagania:
Our requirements:
- Higher education in chemistry or related fields will be an advantage;
- Basic knowledge and experience in developing or conducting manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical substances under GMP conditions;
- Practical and theoretical (supported by certificates) knowledge of project management theory;
- Previous experience within CDMO organization is an advantage
- Knowledge of the principles of: budgeting, risk calculation, negotiations;
- High interpersonal skills, also in communication with external clients
- Ability to translate project goals and client requirements to the project team
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management;
- Knowledge of project management support tools is welcome, e.g. MS Project, Jira or similar
- Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- Very good ability to present project statuses using Ms Office or other packages
Your responsibilties:
- Projects’ management withing API Business Unit, in particular the development of manufacturing technologies of active substances in order to effectively implement the strategic goals of the Organization
- Efficient planning and implementation of projects, based on best practices, in particular projects ordered by an external customers (CDMO)
- Work closely with the entire API BU R&D Team and other departments/divisions to achieve defined project goals
- Participation in building cross-functional CDMO organization, streamlining existing process and setting-up new ones
- Project team management/leadership at every stage of its formation
- Using effective communication tools to secure seamless project execution
- Developing cooperation skills in the project team and organizational structure
- Conflict management in the project
- Effective change and risk management
