Prototype Technician

Your role: You will be responsible for all matters related to the global organization and Gdansk plant support for prototypes (assembly equipment & processes issues). In particular you will be responsible for:

• Supporting process engineers in the development of prototype process equipment.
• Performing prototype designs, tests and configuration of previous designs.
• Collecting production data and managing action lists related to prototype equipment.
• Reporting daily KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc.).
• Supporting process engineers in the documentation and process improvement.
• Maintenance of prototype equipment.

Requirements:

• Proactive and learning and supporting attitude.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor degree or similar with technical education (preferred: automatics, robotics, programming).
• Experience in automotive industry, preferred in electronics manufacturing environment, technologies, automation.
• Knowledge of lean concepts and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Good problem solving capability.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma / other problem solving methods will be an asset.
• Flexibility, team-work, self-motivated and energetic working style.
