Wymagania:
Required skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality, technical or industrial work. Preferred experience in Wind Industry.
- English proficiency (B2 minimum)
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and standards.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015
- Knowledge of investigation methodologies such as 5-Why or Ishikawa and 8D problem-solving.
- Experience in leading customer-oriented performance improvement and corrective action plans
- Motivation to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Proactive and structured approach and willingness to develop within the Quality discipline.
- Ability to work efficiently within a complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-business-unit environment.

The role:
The Quality Specialist supports the Senior Quality Manager and project teams in maintaining, developing and implementing quality requirements across the project lifecycle.
The role contributes to daily operational quality tasks, including documentation, inspections, NCR handling, data collection and support to the Integrated Management System (IMS).
The Quality Specialist ensures that quality processes are followed and that quality reporting is properly completed and submitted.

The role:

Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to preparation and maintenance of HSEQ documentation (RAMS, NCR and claims handling, Quality Notifications, project documentation) ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Assist in conducting site inspections according to company standards and document findings.
- Support proactive and preventive quality activities and contribute to sharing best practice.
- Assist in preparing specific quality procedures and guidelines for project execution.
- Collect, organize and summarize data for quality reporting and statistics.
- Support assessment of customer requirements to ensure correct implementation in projects.
- Support incident and NCR investigations by gathering data, documentation and statements.
- Ensure proper registration and follow-up of NCRs, including improvements and preventive actions.
- Support proactive quality initiatives and campaigns across projects.
- Assist in developing quality performance indicators and monitoring quality trends.
- Contribute to implementation of behavioural-based HSEQ approaches.
- Support quality introduction and basic training of employees at assembly and service sites.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) related to ISO 9001.
- Act as an ambassador for “The Muehlhan Way” of working.
