About the job

In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:

Acting as ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert for so far implemented modules (Customer Service, Client Service, HR, Finance)
Conducting regular maintenance activities of ServiceNow platform (patching, updates, upgrade to latest version)
Ensuring quality of day-to-day ticket resolution, responding to user answers and supporting escalations, if required
Leading ServiceNow enhancement implementations on a global level
Designing and delivering ServiceNow trainings paired with building up relevant knowledge for other team members

About you

A motivated talent, who brings along the following skillset:

5-8 years of functional ServiceNow experience (at least one module, e.g. HR, Customer Service or ITSM) with a proven track record
Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML and web-based technologies
Broad experience in ServiceNow Reporting, Security and Access concepts
Experience in ServiceNow configuration and building integrations
Project Management experience paired with the ability to assume leadership for defined work packages and work without direct supervision
Ability to translate both business and End-User expectations into technical solutions
Ability to communicate, explain and socialize procedures, solution proposals with different types of stakeholders
