Service Support Specialist
Your Role and Responsibilities:

Coordination of processes related to the initiation and termination of cooperation, including resignations, administrative formalities, and equipment return control;
Handling ongoing inquiries and reminders, e.g., regarding timesheet completion, training, or invoices;
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data in systems (SCM, Searaia, Jira, Timesheets);
Managing processes related to transfers, salary adjustments, contract extensions, and annex preparation;
Ensuring compliance with company policies regarding the use of open-source software;
Making corrections and updating documents in accordance with guidelines;
Handling and verifying submissions, e.g., concerning business travel and on-call duties;
Preparing and overseeing documents, including SOWs, contracts, and other required materials;
Contacting consultants and addressing ongoing tasks to support the center;
Managing service and project lists;
Preparing summaries, presentations, and providing support to the DM and Head of CoE;
Analyzing reports and providing insights;
Adhering to the Integrated Management System;

Skills and Personal Attributes:

Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level in both spoken and written communication;
Ability to build long-term business relationships, openness, and proactivity in task execution;
Highly developed organizational skills, including effective task prioritization and time management in a dynamic environment;
