How you will get the job done
- creating test strategy and test plan
- defining test objectives for manual and automated testing
- configuring project/team specific rules for test area
- working with 3 teams within the project and collaborating with related teams during E2E testing
- coordinating UAT testing and working with Epic owners
- working closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Domain Test Manager
- creating reports on test progress and results of test activities
- managing and tracking test activities
- using appropriate test design techniques
- maintaining and reusing test cases (including new functionality and regressions)
- identifying requirements, test cases and results, including defects where applicable
- adhering to testing processes and standards
- complying with project/test team specific policies (DoR and DoD)
- achieving test objectives, e.g., defined coverage rate
- having a strong sense of environmental dependencies in relation to planned test activities
- proficiency in English (C1)
- 3+ years on similar or equivalent position
- experience in managing test automation
- understanding of API
- experience in coordinating UAT tests
- ISTQB Foundation Level
- strong motivation for problem solving
- soft skills abilities to conduct high level negotiations
- communication in German is a plus
- Xray
- knowledge around Java, JavaScript
- ISTQB Certified Test Manager - Advanced Level
