Wymagania:
Main responsibilities:
  • Map training needs (field & office), maintain the training matrix, and ensure compliance with client/industry standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate courses, refreshers, inductions, and technical/HSE certifications.
  • Liaise with providers, instructors, and Operations.
  • Manage venues, materials, and logistics.
  • Keep training records up to date in our systems (LMS/HRIS), including certificates, validity, and expiries.
  • Prepare compliance evidence for audits and client requests; monitor KPIs (completion, expiry risk, no-shows).
  • Manage budgets, POs, and invoices; support continuous improvement of training processes and content.
  • Onboard new joiners with required trainings; coordinate recertifications for field teams.
  • Help run the performance appraisal cycle and internal engagement events.

Required skills:
  • Experience in training management is mandatory.
  • English proficiency (B2 minimum)
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. 
  • Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to prioritize, work to deadlines, and keep meticulous records.

The role initially will be focused on assisting the electrical division in Portugal and will then be merged into the wider department during the integration.

Location:
The Training and Development Coordinator can be located in one of our offices in Poland: Szczecin or Gdańsk. You need to uphold working permit in the location mentioned above. 
The role:
We’re hiring a Training and Development Coordinator to own the full training lifecycle for our employees (field technicians and office staff) within the Electrical Division, Endiprev. Your mission is to plan, schedule, and track all trainings and certifications to meet legal, industry and customer requirements.
You may occasionally support broader HR tasks, but your primary focus is training management.
