About the job
You will be joining a high performing team with 6 great colleagues in Aarhus and Gdansk helping all our Agile release Trains, Programs and IT Operations in constantly improving their ways of working and helping them becoming even more excellent - both skillset wise and behavior wise.
Our Vision is to enable Arla IT to reach sustainable high performance by leading and guiding in ways of working and mindset. You will therefore be an active part of our journey with great op-portunities to grow together with us.
We focus on Best Practices and mindset around our ways of working by continuously mature our 3 frameworks, and we spent time implementing and advising our colleagues to adapt to Best Practices so we can support the growth of Arla IT.
Who are you?
We are looking for a colleague with great insights and 3-5 years of experience in the field ways of working. A colleague that both carries a Lean mindset and have Change Management skills, and know how to support others to do their best. It´s a prerequisite that you are comfortable interacting and sparring with people at all levels of our organization.
We are looking for the following competences:
• Great communicator and facilitator
• A supportive personality that gets motivated by coaching people and teams at all levels
• Understanding of ITIL, Programs and Scaled Agile as a framework and how to apply in real world transformations
Do you have what it takes?
To succeed in this role, you also:
• Have strong listening and observation skills and knows how to build good relations with people
• Have a deep passion for coaching and supporting in ways of working
• Have a natural “yes” to new ideas and likes to learn and try out new things
• Are a phenomenal teammate who enables and others to succeed
