As a Business Developer at RT TAX Poland, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture partnerships with Polish organizations connected to overseas workers, while also actively seeking new potential channels of collaboration across various industries. Your role will involve reaching out to potential partners through calls, emails, planning face-to-face meetings, and conducting video meetings. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with staffing agencies, employers, and accountancy companies, as well as exploring partnerships in other industries.
- Identifying and reaching out to potential partners and clients, and exploring innovative collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements.
- Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborating with our team and reporting directly to RT TAX headquarters in Lithuania.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- A proactive, self-driven approach to work.
- A willingness to work independently and proactively suggest process improvements and marketing initiatives.
