Equipment Planning Coordinator
Workplace: Gdańsk

Equipment Planning Coordinator role is set within the Container Management department that is responsible for container inventory control to ensure sufficient inventory of containers are available to customers for export.

In this position you will be mainly responsible for:

Analysing and optimising the flows of empty equipment while minimising costs
Assuring optimal European stock in close collaboration with various stakeholders
Ensuring and balancing empty stocks and empty transport steering both within the countries and cross-countries
Monitoring and updating of external and internal systems
Monitoring, optimisation and development of existing processes
Effective communication with relevant parties to successfully complete tasks
Just-in-time services provision to the highest standards and culture expectations

Required Skills and competencies:

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or suitable 2-4 years of working experience
Advanced English, written and spoken
Advanced working knowledge of EXCEL
Customer focus skills
Ability to work under time pressure and according to deadlines
Effective communication
Accuracy and orientation to detail
Speaking an additional language: French, German, would be an advantage
