About the Job
We're in search of an experienced Analytics Consumption Engineer to facilitate and champion the use of data analytics across our organization. This position will require a deep understanding of PowerBI, and a passion for communicating complex data in an accessible way. You will join the Intelligent Automation and Data Lakehouse team which is a part of Applications Services in IT Operations. The team is covering a lot of strategic area such as Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics and Machine Learning. This critical role is vital to ensuring the continued scalability of analytics in Arla Foods and ensuring not only that the solutions that we build keep running, but that they stay relevant by making enhancements to them and also building up the skills of our citizen developers and supporting them with issues faced.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Maintain and enhance existing PowerBI dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance.
•    Provide ongoing technical support to PowerBI users across the organization.
•    Collaborate with developers to understand and support the implemented analytics solutions.
•    Train and mentor users and stakeholders, fostering a culture of data literacy within the company.
•    Ensure smooth operation and reliability of business intelligence tools and systems.
•    Liaise between business users and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
•    Contribute to the implementation of data governance practices and assist in the evolution of our analytics strategy.
•    Proactively identify opportunities for performance enhancement and data accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Proven experience as an Analytics Consumption Engineer, PowerBI developer, or similar role.
•    Extensive knowledge of PowerBI (including designing dashboards and DAX).
•    Good understanding of data warehousing principles.
•    Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly with complex data issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    PowerBI certification.
•    Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure.
•    Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages is an advantage.
