Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems
- Deep skills in lean concepts, flow manufacturing, material movement, operator standard work
- Good understanding of cell design concepts, ergonomics, workplace org
- Business fluent English.
Your major job responsibilities and duties:
- Support Launch engineers on process development for Active alignment process.
- Develop control strategy for incoming launch with supervision of Launch engineers
- Perform capital expenditure audits
- Active participation on supplier selection / development process.
- Participate in improvement projects in current technologies and development.
- Participate on Kaizen projects towards improvement on assembly lines.
