Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Act as the primary point of contact for all user requests linked to e-Procurement tools
- Provide guidance and support to users on e-Procurement tools (responding to queries and escalating issues to tool provider as needed)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tool updates and test all aspects of eProcurement tools to recommend process improvements.
- Manage regular data maintenance in systems (contract, supplier, user and master data)
- Develop reports to monitor tool usage, data quality and user requests
- Support implementation of selected digitalization projects to boost efficiency
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that the eProcurement tools are integrated with other company systems
- Monitor, track progress and communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Review supplier responses related to tender and supplier performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of three years’ experience in procurement function with a focus on purchase-to-pay activities
- Experience with e-Procurement and analysis tools
- Experience with sourcing analysis and sourcing optimization is a plus
- Advanced negotiations (eAuctions) and game theory is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Result-oriented, pro-active and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English both verbal and written
