Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all user requests linked to e-Procurement tools
  • Provide guidance and support to users on e-Procurement tools (responding to queries and escalating issues to tool provider as needed)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tool updates and test all aspects of eProcurement tools to recommend process improvements.
  • Manage regular data maintenance in systems (contract, supplier, user and master data) 
  • Develop reports to monitor tool usage, data quality and user requests
  • Support implementation of selected digitalization projects to boost efficiency
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that the eProcurement tools are integrated with other company systems
  • Monitor, track progress and communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Review supplier responses related to tender and supplier performance

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related field
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in procurement function with a focus on purchase-to-pay activities
  • Experience with e-Procurement and analysis tools
  • Experience with sourcing analysis and sourcing optimization is a plus
  • Advanced negotiations (eAuctions) and game theory is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Result-oriented, pro-active and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English both verbal and written
