RECREW HR, a leader in providing top-tier Polish workforce solutions for projects across Scandinavia, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives and contribute to our expanding operations in Sweden. We offer an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to lead our sales efforts and grow with us.

Your Role:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and expand our presence in Sweden.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients, ensuring a steady supply of our workforce.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Utilize CRM tools for streamlined sales tracking and planning.
  • Work closely with our teams to guarantee optimal service delivery.
  • Travel to Sweden for face-to-face client engagements.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in the construction or staffing industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Expertise in managing the sales cycle from planning to closure.
  • Readiness to travel to Sweden for business.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
