                                 Sales Performance and Enablement Analyst
Location: Gdynia, Poland
As a part of the Business Operations team, this role plays a critical part in the day to day management of the regional operating rigor and rhythm.  As an analyst for the region, the individual requires a combination of operational experience and eye for business to handle the daily operational aspects for Sales & Account Management for EMEA. 
Working in a fast-paced environment requires the analyst to balance their time and optimize efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Support growth of existing book of business by providing data points that helps making key decisions
Help increase client retention rate by helping partners make data driven decisions
Making sure we always have good account coverage aligned with the guidelines
Tracking all key metrics that underpin the efficiency of operations (i.e. Campaign tracking, over usage reporting, Synergy reporting, Migration tracking, etc.)
Help promote and develop common processes aligned with regional guidelines
Engage with stakeholders to understand operating models and document inconsistencies and gaps, develop and socialize potential solutions
Build ad-hoc or new reporting requirements while being mindful of what can and should scale and collaborating with central teams to do so
Driving data driven culture, enabling usage of data analysis to drive sales and decision making.  Carrying out discipline in pipeline management, logging of activities and follow-up actions assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Finance, Business or Economics Major or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills which includes effective written and verbal communication
  • Able to articulate sophisticate data sets to all audiences.
  • Self-starter, proactive with a strong sense of accountability
  • Working knowledge of key CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce.com and Tableau
  • Experience in operating within a matrixed structure that includes influencing senior leaders
  • High degree of personal motivation to thrive and proactively deliver results without the need for close supervision
  • Ability to influence all levels within the team to support and enforce where necessary the knowledge and subject areas required to achieve pipeline field and target 
  • Ability to think critically, analyze sophisticated data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple activities by providing innovative solutions to how the business can improve
