You will be assistant to energetic foreigner who requires support in communication and his management responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translation between Polish and English; explanation and supporting the CEO in navigating in different cultural environment;
- Financial and economical reporting – create routine and ad hoc reports and presentations; manage electronic information sources;
- Collaboration with various organizational levels in the company, delegating tasks on behalf of the CEO and following up on their timely and quality delivery;
- Operations and meetings management – plan and maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings and adapt the daily agenda to meet operational needs; prepare meeting agendas, provide necessary resources, attend meetings, and manage meeting minutes;
- Travel organization – plan and book flights, hotels, etc. for the CEO; maintain travel documentation and oversee ongoing trips; process invoices and travel expense reports and documents for the office and bookkeepers need;
- Accompany CEO in business trips abroad
- Support in other current actions in the company
- Excellent skills in Polish and English
- Norwegian language will be your extra asset
- Min. bachelor degree
- Min. 5 years of experience in administration work
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially pptx and excel
- Economical and legal knowledge an extra asset
- Hight communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced ever-changing business environment
- Self-Driven Approach
- Ability to operate independently with self-organization skills
- Ability to deal effectively and professionally with other team members, clients and outside institutions
- Being able to seek support from the team and other organizational levels when needed
- Open to new ideas and solutions = “yes” person
