About the job

  • Perform and support employee lifecycle related processes from hire to retire (such as onboarding, probation, end of employment) and ensure changes and documentation are delivered according to the defined KPIs
  • Maintain data quality in HR systems related to employee lifecycle
  • Handle HR mailbox, dispatch and answer employee’s inquiries
  • Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, contract amendments)
  • Process HR tasks in Workday (hiring, termination, organizational and personal changes)
  • Process of employee’s inquiries using ServiceNow

About you

We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
  • 0-1 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office
  • Knowledge of English language B2/C1(speaking and writing)
  • Ability to assimilate several different processes
  • Ability to multi task effectively
  • Able to easily connect and create good relationship with different stakeholder
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Knowledge of Workday or ServiceNow would be a big asset
