In this position you will be responsible for:
  • Verification of invoices for compliance with orders/agreements;
  • Verification of completeness of received documentation;
  • Settlement of business trips;
  • Issuing sales invoices to Customers in accordance with the terms of the agreement/orders;
  • Cooperation with the Accounting Department and other departments within the company;
  • Timely financial settlements between Seargin Sp. z o.o, and the Company's Clients and Suppliers.
Our requrements:
  • Higher education (preferred: finance, accounting, economics, administration);
  • Minimum of six months of experience working in an accounting office or in the finance, administration department;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel at a good/basic level;
  • Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written (minimum B1 level);
  • Ability to anticipate the consequences of decisions made;
  • Knowledge of accounting, controlling in a company, and the ability to apply it in practice;
  • Highly developed logical thinking skills;
  • Ability to work in a team, accuracy, and a sense of responsibility.
